When I get in a fight with my partner, it's a massive trigger. I will feel worthless, over the top angry and get suicidal thoughts.
It feels like an instant mood switch out of nowhere but I've caught on now that it's actually a big trigger.

Are there any times during the day that you notice it happen? Anybody around? Conversations that occur before hand? Things you see?

We now work together to prevent arguments or end them quickly which is *amazing* for our relationship but I've also noticed that I'd wake up pi**ed and randomly get angry and depressed throughout the day for "no reason" just to find out when I saw clutter somewhere it'd trigger a reaction. Clutter... Even small.

Pay really close attention to your environment and the things around you. There may possibly be a silent trigger. It took almost 2years to pin point the clutter trigger.
