I replied to one of your earlier posts. I understand why everyone is raising the red flag. This person will get you into trouble, maybe even into jail. He may act gentle sometimes but all the things you lists are red flags.
You even express reluctance yourself:

I sense from the way you describe his behaviors he could be manipulating you to do things that you don't want to do.
My opinion is based on what you yourself say. Part of you knows this is wrong for you. I agree with this view.
Please listen to all the people that love you before it is too late and he gets you in trouble or hurts you.
