I have a phobia of taking meds...I got diagnosed with a panic disorder a month ago and I got prescribed xanax .25mg...I took them a few times and I had a bad reaction to them ( 2 hours felt really tired and light headed, then rebound anxiety twice as bad) and then got prescribed Klonopin .25Mg and havent touched them yet...and I'm seeing a new therapist june 18th...and my dad said " if the therapist prescribes you new meds and you dont take them, youre not allowed to come back home"

weve been to the ER 3 doctors and previous T's and they all want to give me meds...I dont want to take them, My body feels like crap though, I cant sleep, eat, my Back hurts, Chest hurts, headache, Eyes hurt...joints are sore...random muscle spasms...I think I might have anemia or lyme disease...I got blood work done and no results yet...but I'll let you know...

Anyway...I dont know what to do...I'm tired of feeling pain and stress...And I DONT WANT TO TAKE MEDS...But I guess theres no other choice...
