Yes I think is disassociation and derealization now is one year and half that I suffer of this problem its not very severe but enought to desturbate me. Now I'm on latuda since 2 weeks and since 2 days i take 80 mg latuda I feel better but the derealization is still here. I will wait 4 to 6 weeks to see if there is an improvement with this medicament (latuda)
