HI elsqueelio,

Greetings to you on the other side of the world. I live on the east coast of the United States, so spring is just starting here.

I used to feel better in winter --somehow my depressive mood seemed to fit in with the weather. My extreme depressions seemed to come in the spring, and I always wondered if it was because the contrast between myself and everyone else just got highlighted in the spring. It seemed like everyone else would be happy and more active and I didn't feel that way.

It is very confusing when it seems like our moods get better or worse and it's not clear why. For me in the past it really increased my feelings of being out of control and then I'd get down on myself for that. Now I try to accept more that I have a mood disorder. It isn't easy though.

I hope for whatever reason that you feel a little better you just enjoy it.

Take care.
