I had a really confusing dream last night. Unfortunately most of it has been forgotten, but I'd say that the 'key' parts are still in my mind.

In my dream I had this katana (I'm watching maybe too much Blood+ and that's the reason for the sword) and I had a quest to go outside and kill the vampires disguised as birds. Not any type of bird though, but some sort of pigeon-sized sparrow with some red stripes on its back.
So I'm outside, slashing every such bird I see. There are also a couple of guys I know, one of them tends to behave like a dumb kid in real life, and in my dream he picks up a corpse of one of those sparrows (but I'm not sure if that bird died by my hand or it was dead already when we got there) and wants to touch me with it. I run away for a while, and when I look back the two guys were gone.

Now the part with the dead person. Last year a former student of my school died in a motorcycle accident. The other night, as I was going down the stairs to go outside for my quest, I encountered him. I don't remember what he was doing there, neither whether he was going in or out. Nevertheless he looked kinda bored. We went out together and after a while he too was gone. That was our entire conversation, me asking him what was he doing, I doubt it meant something.
He wasn't a friend of mine by the way, in fact I disliked him and he disliked me.

This would be my dream. I'm interested especially in the birds, whether they mean something. Thank you and excuse my mistakes.
