NOS means not other specified, that usually is what I see on my pdoc bill, I too wondered what that meant, and then saw it broken down for DX and present status during that office visit.
Well, I am wishing you luck with this, I know none of us like having DXes butlearning about it and the things you can learn about yourself helps in so many ways
