Hello , could you please describe what your anyurism feels like ?

I know your not supposed to diagnose or give advice , I just want to see if there any similar symptoms?

About 10/12 years ago I think I had a small burst blood vessel above my right temple?
Told doctor he blanked me _ but evr since I have had a slight numbness and tightening , which gets worse when stressed /anxious , now getting more numbness, pins and needles , nueralgic like twinges ? Balance problems , and now if I constrict only slightly any small blood vessel when in bed I got head throbs and electric shocks and get jolted awake
