Experiences on Vyvanse?
If I could switch to Adderall XR I would but I'm not even going to mention it to my psychiatrist which is sad having to be careful asking for medications for my illness.

I switched from Adderall XR to vyvanse just because it seemed to stop being effective. I'd been on it a long time. It does last longer, a lot longer, like 12-14 hrs. Theoretically vyvanse has less abuse potential because of it's mechanism of action, so idk, your doc may be more comfortable prescribing that. The only issue I have with it is it takes a long time to kick it, like 2-3 hrs for me, so I have to wake up super early and take it as soon as I wake up. That's pretty much the only downfall I found.
