Does anyone feel that exercise kind of revs you up. Not in the good way, necessarily.
Yesterday I was feeling, flat, even a little low. Then I exercised for 45 mins and felt a bit more hypo, then had an appt, then had dinner with friend.
By that time I was feeling very hypo.
I almost feel I am rapid cycling. I don't know.
You always hear that exercise gives you energy.
