Doesn't working at the old peoples centre qualify you for extra help with health insurance ?

Also , along with bananas , porridge oats ( we have "readybrek" in the UK you just add hot milk or there are microwave oat thingys) high protein foods like chicken , peanuts are recommended because of the way they fill you up for longer, and sultanas and raisins
