Doesn't trying to loose weight compound your anxiety ?

The oats and protein , its more that they fill you up for longer , so you dont feel hungry as much , there have been a lot of health diet programmes on British TV , and protein and fibre as been given the thumbs up , and processed foods given the thumbs down and smoothies they say that to much of the nuetriants are removed through the process.
