Here's an update: I had my interview last Tuesday with a company. It was great, pay was great, didn't realize it had commission on top of it too. I was given the tour of the place usually that's a sign you got the job indirectly, right? I got word on Friday that I didn't get the job that it was an impressive and competitive interview.
Oh really? I am always getting "impressive" and "competitive" yet still no offers. I don't find it fair that these IT companies expect me to have the skills like a level two and level three tech support would have when I am only a level one they should be asking me what a level one tech support can do. I don't have a lot of access at work for different things that's how the college District set it up and there's not much I can tell other employers why I don't have access (temps are only allowed certain amount of access to xyz).
