Well I read your other post about why you are so depressed, so I understand why.
You asked how to cope. I have had to get myself onto a yoga and exercise routine that I get up earlier to do in the morning (I have to go to bed earlier). This has helped give me more energy.
I also found I had energy droops so I had to start cutting out carbs and eating a protein rich breakfast to launch my day.
I had to separate my personal from business life. I had to have clearly defined goals and check myself to meet my goals.
I had to keep my feelings and problems out of the conversation with co workers.
I found by noon I was exhausted. I take lunch in the car and with an alarm clock take a nap.
I had to go to bed early and practice mindfulness.
