I battle work a lot. My problem is being paranoid of coworkers and the extremely physical work. It's also very mentally taxing and I know I respond differently when someone dies compared to my coworkers, which I'm sure is my bipolar since I have more experience with that than all of them put together.
Maybe try coffee, I drink a lot to get me through. Also, going for a quick walk around the building gets me moving too when I start to fade. I hope things turn around for you soon.
