Hi Apathy, can seem like climbing a mountain........."just" getting up......the thought of starting another day sometimes, can't it??!!

Still, just some thoughts for you:
Maybe put your alarm clock
way out of reach, so as you're going to
have to get up/at least walk across the room to shut up the noise,
Keep reminding yourself of the end of the day, when you can just "
crash"........maybe an odd incentive, but when things are bad...........,
Plan in something you
want to do at some point in the day........maybe a bit more positive of an incentive

If some of it is about sleep, maybe try going to bed earlier/have a relaxing nighttime routine.......although I know it isn't always about that is it??!!,
Any music you could put on first thing that might give you
just a little bit of a boost??
Write down all the consequences of not getting up in time.......sometimes harder to ignore when they're staring you in the face "in black and white",
If you have a friend who can phone you........and
not give up when you don't answer first time!!!,
Got/get a pet?? which can actually sometimes help
some people. And a pet you're going to
have to get up to do something for,
If you think........maybe a meds review, if things are real hard???
So just a few thoughts of the top of my head..........
