Hi Apathy, can seem like climbing a mountain........."just" getting up......the thought of starting another day sometimes, can't it??!!
Still, just some thoughts for you:
Maybe put your alarm clock way out of reach, so as you're going to have to get up/at least walk across the room to shut up the noise,
Keep reminding yourself of the end of the day, when you can just "crash"........maybe an odd incentive, but when things are bad...........,
Plan in something you want to do at some point in the day........maybe a bit more positive of an incentive ,
If some of it is about sleep, maybe try going to bed earlier/have a relaxing nighttime routine.......although I know it isn't always about that is it??!!,
Any music you could put on first thing that might give you just a little bit of a boost??
Write down all the consequences of not getting up in time.......sometimes harder to ignore when they're staring you in the face "in black and white",
If you have a friend who can phone you........and not give up when you don't answer first time!!!,
Got/get a pet?? which can actually sometimes help some people. And a pet you're going to have to get up to do something for,
If you think........maybe a meds review, if things are real hard???
So just a few thoughts of the top of my head..........
