With most medications the higher the dosage doesn't mean the higher the benefits. I've learned that from dealing with my husband's neuropathy. Some lower mg. are the same as if he were on the same med at a high dosage. No more benefits will come from it past a certain point. Not sure about Celexa but I know some meds are that way.
