I have a similar problem . I found I was able to trick myself out of bed a couple of times by thinking "maybe today won't be completely awful" I know it sounds dumb, but it was such an improvement over my normal morning pattern of thinking that it got me out of bed.

Maybe you can make a list of positive thoughts the night before and put them by your bed for the morning. Hopefully at least one will resonate enough to get you over the first hurdle. Just don't make them so super positive that you can't even resonate with them. That will just make you feel worse.
