I've been struggling with this lately, too. What helps me a little is to keep my hairbrush, make-up, etc. within reach of my bed so that I can start getting ready for the day without actually having to get out of bed. Sometimes it makes it easier to get myself on my feet if I already have started the process of getting myself ready for the day.
