Okay I am 24, live with parents. I started seeing a psychiatrist at kaiser for bipolar mania and they referred me to a therapist. I dont have a consent to release information for psychiatrist or therapist. But I do have a consent for therapist to speak witj my psychiatrist regarding my prognosis. The chair of the therapist office said its recommended for my treatment.


The only problem is I am a dependant and my parents pay for my insurance. Can kaiser discuss my treatment with my parents
