I had a very restless night complete with nightmares and then went to the bathroom and slipped in there and almost fell on top of the commode. I would have broken the tank part of it and gotten cut. I jerked my back and the ankle in my cast boot catching myself. I am in pain.  I forgot part of my fibro meds yesterday and am paying the price today and I'm sure that's at least part of what was wrong with me last night.
