I get like that sometimes too and the thing that I do is to concentrate on just getting thought one HOUR! I don't think about all that life out there but concentrate on trying to make myself do one hour at a time. It helps me to not feel so overwhelmed by things. You keep being strong and don't think about all that lies ahead, but think about making yourself feel better for one hour and then that hour leads to another and then another. Hope this helps.
