I used to cry quite a lot, hormonal mainly. I'd feel horrible, cry for hours and still feel horrible afterwards.
When I'm anxious I cry, a big snotty cry. When I'm depressed the tears trickle down my cheeks but I don't do the snotty stuff.
I've had periods when I can't or don't cry, but at the moment I'm in a crying phase. Everything, good, bad, sad, exciting, funny, nasty, whatever, makes me cry
