thanks for sharing this info

so this morning..as my panic attack was just starting..i started meditating immediately..and while it did calm me down a bit..i did leave me with a sense of angry and envy toward normal people who live normal lives without the need to constantly experiment with this and that..just to stay sane

alas..i am giving this meditation a week and see how it impacts my morning panic attacks
