Finally saw her today - the "safety plan" was more a contract that we both had to sign for the safety of my student. It was kind of freaky, but I know i'd be in hot water if I didn't. Though I have to admit it makes (us) not want to tell her things in the future stick with "I'm fine".
It clearly stated what I would implement to create a safer atmosphere and to minimize any chances. Then had a list of things:
"Report any thoughts or intent or impulses to harm others (which there have not been any so far and nothing to report)"
"Report any new time loss or further personality strong take overs"
"Report any new confusion or any further concern about driving or operating machinery". FINE I won't be allowed to report if one takes the wheel from now on. We've a clean driving record and we all intend it to stay that way. "Or we will talk about restricting driving". NO NO NONONONONO we won't!
I don't remember what else was on there. Felt bad to have to sign it. But I know she has to cover her butt since I DID tell her these things. Blah.
