I think that it is normal for us to have a sense of anger at times towards those that have it more fortunate, so don't be too hard on yourself. This is not an easy road but sometimes others have problems, too. They just hide it so it looks like they have it better. I know I wish that I could just be happy like other people, but it's not to be, so I just have to do the best that I can. Meditation can help with anger, too. Keep trying. Also, try guided muscle relaxation which I find helps with anxiety and anger better that just traditional meditation. Good luck.
