Had an appointment with my dr.
There was a student Dr there, so I didn't feel comfortable getting everything out,
And he was asking all the safe boring questions I'm sick of answering.
Then when I was leaving, I saw Rebecca, it has seriously confused me.
I thought I was over her, and I was determined I was leaving, and getting on with life.
But then I saw her, for 4-5 seconds!
And now I'm not so sure.
I texted her when I got back home.
She's still delusional, and unwell.
I don't know how it makes me feel, knowing she's still convinced I am the bad guy,
It has me confused.
Been told to keep a mood diary,
Since I've started this, and I've updated every day, I will just use this.
Can I print this out for appointments?
