Sorry that you're feeling so stressed about the switch. I'm not surprised. Most psychiatrists don't do therapy these days. Maybe finding a therapist rather than a psychiatrist is a good idea.
Here's my best advice for depression. There are a lot of great things that you can try on your own, even during a transition period.
