I've had coworkers bash people for being "bipolar" on breaks and i flat out tell them, i'm bipolar, and i'm not like that. That's not what bipolar even is. I do it nonconfrontationally just to educate them about MI and how real it is and how present it is in our everyday lives even if we don't always see it (they would never have expected that i'm bipolar)
