This is a difficult reality, but I'm so glad you shared. Having the multiple parts and genders present IS totally exhausting of itself. Add to that, people calling me by the given name all the time and I'm wiped out. Frankly, I do not know who to manage this. I think of the given name as referring to a Corporation, not an actual person. But it isn't the name I'd give the system. But the outside world knows that name. So here we are. Sigh.
