I think she's trying to show you that she cares for you. If she likes to cook or bake.... can you maybe say "Ok, so I don't like X... but I did really like Y, could you make some of those? I'll take them in to work and share them." Then you could take them in to work, eat a little bit, share them.... and then go home and let your grandma know how much everyone at work loved them! Extra praise for her right there.
