i just feel like such a miserable person right now and have nothing to give anyone. i'm sorry. just at the end of my tether again. dont know how many end of tethers i have left.

dont know which way to turn or go or anything i'm so unhappy and lonely. i just cant think of a reason for me to be here at all. i've no energy or inspiration or joy. i should be happy, i have a home, a husband who proffesses to love me and 2 kids. what do i have to be miserable about? i'm just selfish and self absorbed all the time and i cant shake it off.
