I don't think he's going to run because of any insecurity you reveal. But I also don't think he's going to treat you better because of you telling him any of this. If you stay with him, he is eventually going to know all, since you live together. He's not going to change his mind about what constitutes real psych problems, and that will make you feel invalidated.
