I know EXACTLY how you feel. I know it might not seem like I do, but my life is as close to perfect as anybody's could get--beautiful home, loving parents, incredible friends and the most amazing brother on the planet, I want for nothing... and yet, I'm anxious and unstable and now I'm having muscle spasms for no reason. I've gone through long periods where my only thought has been "I'm useless, what's wrong with me, what do **I** have to be upset about?"
Truth is, IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!!!! It never has been and it NEVER will be. Honey, you've obviously been working SO incredibly hard on this and you've hit a very low point. THAT'S OKAY!!! The really important thing now is to give yourself some slack and try to slowly, SLOWLY work up to "okay" again.
