I mentioned this in another post but I have an appointment with my shrink later this week. I last saw him 6-8 weeks ago when we did a med increase. My next appointment was supposed to be in 3 months.

But I was still feeling crappy and very apathetic and didn't want to wait a whole 3 months for some sort of relief. Then last week I started feeling somewhat better but over the weekend the good feelings tapered off and I'm back to feeling some what depressed and apathetic.

I don't want to waste his time but I don't want to keep suffering longer than needed either.
