I am so tired. The nightmares are driving me crazy. My brain just won't seem to stop... It goes from a real event I experienced to something that's hasn't happened but scares me enough... Then I jump to random things. It's like I can't handle what it's happening so my head is constantly trying to push things out in a major ADD way.. Which in turn makes me feel crazy and even more exhausted and emotional when I wake up. And I feel a little crazy to be honest..... Grrrrr
