Wow bob, it I'll bet it does feel scary for you right now. I'm sorry you are going through that.

Is there something you can do to help take your mind off it for awhile? Maybe do some physical excercise, or for a walk or take a bath, play your favorite video game? Anything that can help you relax and take your mind somewhere else. Hopefully this will pass and you will be able to relax. Oh and don't forget your breathing....slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth.
