I have ADHD and I am on a very low dose of Ritalin. I was diagnosed as an older adult. I seem to do better on smaller doses. I am concerned that you are on a very high dose of Concerta. Sometimes too high of a dosage of a stimulant can cause worse symptoms and it can feel as though the med is not even working. Sometimes it is best to back up on stimulants. I would talk with your prescriber about this. Wellbutrin is also a med to help ADHD'ers when depression is part of the mix. So you are medicated for sure. You may need some changes in meds or dose changes. I would not just quit taking your meds without your prescriber's approval. I hope you stay the course and keep trying.
Thanks for this!
