i've carried this diagnosis officially for 10 years. bleh. before that i was "bi-polar 1" which i still swear is the exact same thing as schizoaffective. the stigma against mentally ill people will never go away, let's just be real. it's fine though, i enjoy who i am and the things i have gone though - they're all for a reason. i just don't know why the entire world is so judgmental towards individuals with mental illnesses. i blame the media.
