I use more mindfulness than meditation techniques. Staying in the present, being aware and breathing. I'm too lazy at this point to do meditation in a beneficial way. It takes discipline. I'm working on just getting to bed at the same time each night and getting up and leaving the house everyday. Once I get a pattern into my life I can add back in the meditation.
