If you have a phobia regarding meds, I don't know that anything anyone could say would ease that? Maybe only halving the .25 and "just swallowing it" would help alleviate the fear after all is said and done?

I've taken klonopin off and on and it's the only benzo I tolerate. I think it's a great drug for its purpose. I might take it a few times a year but it always works. I don't like meds either, but I know when it's time...

Actually, prozac is the only AD I tolerated as well. I was on it over a year many years ago and it helped me immensely...helped energy, thoughts, depression, even weight.

If I ever went back on meds, I'd probably go back on exactly what you're prescribed right now.
