Having an orgasm and not ejaculating? Either he's got a physical issue or he's got a very special skill. That's not really possible. he might want to get checked out by a doc. Maybe he's faking the orgasm for whatever reason.
In any case, one sure way to tell if someone is cheating is how protective they are of their phone. If he won't let you near it, that's not a good sign. And his paranoia that you are cheating (him checking your cell phone) is another common sign of infidelity.
