This is kind of a touchy subject because of the content. For years I have been on narcotic medications at a local pain management clinic. They tried everything before resorting to narcotics. Well, now my tolerance level is so high that all they do is keep me out of withdrawl.

Even though I don't have an addiction problem, I have a major physical dependency problem. A couple months ago, I fell down several steps landing on my hip on concrete. The pain was unGodly. In the ambulance they tried nasal fentynal. Nothing. At the ER they finally gave me a cc of injectable hydromorphone which did nothing either. Pretty scary.

I found a drug, Ibogaine that is capable of detoxing and resetting narcotic receptors within 36 hours with no pain. unfortunately, it is illegal in the USA. There are clinics in Mexico, where it is legal, and i plan to go as soon as I can get a passport. I wondered if anyone else has ever had any experience with the drug or known someone else who has. Apparently, during the first six hours after ingesting the drug, the patient has very vivid visual, tactile and auditory hallucinations. It has been described as intensive, forced psychotherapy with no ability to lie or cover up things you don't want to face. Basically, its like seeing a movie of your life and finding out where you went wrong if you have an addiction, or hopefully in my case, the stressors that cause my migraines.

Since people may be intimidated by the fact that the drug is illegal here, its ok to PM me if you know something. I've got my mind set, did my homework and found the best, safest clinic, but personal experiences would help as well.

Thanks,
