How long have you been on your current dosage? Your body will try to counteract some of the side effects.

I'd try to work on some mind games to get yourself in the mode- I remember when I started out on my medicine- playing chess and scrabble helped me get my mind together. I was playing at a 4th grade level and just had to accept it, and have faith that my cognition would come back once I got on the optimal dosage.

How much sleep do you get?
