I really like meditation or mindfulness. I'm not really knowledgeable on either, but I do know that I enjoy yoga and when we are trying to bring our thoughts to be mindful. I enjoy how it makes me really consider myself, especially when I have guided words with pleasant nature sounds or ambient music.
I have a few podcasts I like to listen to when I am trying to calm down that really help me, and they also help me remember that I am not such an awful person. They help me really think and consider things.
