Psychiatrist said that I'm unmotivated every time he stops the oral abilify. Right now I feel good because I had a 2 hour nap.. Out of exhaustion.. I did 3/6 groups today. I'll try harder.. The thoughts are good. A really good nurse gave me seroquel and then zyprexa instead of questioning why because I know when I need it.
