Language barrier turned hospital into prison / LJWorld.com

Apparently this woman was deemed schizophrenic just because she didn't speak English and had a small amount of Spanish and confused Interpreters.....she was kept locked up for 12 years, presumably because she didn't get better....things like this really scare me....
