I'm sorry! I have been there before (as much as I possibly could be with kids) and I remember feeling stuck. I'm not great with advice in this but I'll tell you an awesome advice I received. Start small. Maybe decide to take a 15 minute walk every day after work. Then, give yourself grace. If you can't do it don't beat yourself up for it. Depression is, after all, exhausting.
