I'm taking 4mg of xanax a day. Definitely alot, but I have severe anxiety and panic disorder in addition to BP. I take zoloft for my anti-depressant. I take lithium to attempt to keep the highs and lows from getting too intense. I also take ambien for sleep. No issues with being tired. I've taken these 4 meds for many years, so I have built a tolerance for xanax and ambien.

Is norcos like lortab? You probably want to get away from that pretty quickly. You may have to ween off it
