I make GREAT first impressions, but the more I open up to people/be my true self, the less it feels like they like me. I've had plenty of associates talk to me fairly often and then eventually wind down to not talking anymore at all. That initial "omg she's so cool" reaction dies quickly.

I have a panic disorder and I have dysthymia but I'm on antidepressants and anti anxiety medicine. The only time this never happened is when I lived in Minnesota for a semester of school and my relationships with the people I met progressed rather than dissipated. I don't know if it was because Minnesota agrees with my personality more or if it was because I was just on mood stabilizers back then.

There's so many dependent variables I don't know where where to start
Do the associates or you start the conversations more?

I'm not sure if you are over think the situation or not. I feel I need more detail. There could be blind spots that you have on yourself that you don't know of, because are there even certain things others have said about you that you hear quite often?
